Mark Manning, has been one of Crossroads top selling REALTORS for the last 12+ years at RE/MAX Land & Homes. He was born in Yoakum & raised in Victoria. She also has 10 years of mortgage experience to total over 15 years in the Real Estate Industry. Julie holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Organizational Management. She grew up in the town of Bulverde, Texas and now currently resides in Port O’Connor, Texas where she has been fishing for over the last 15+ years. When she is not selling real estate she likes to spend time with her family fishing, hunting or just hanging out on the beach.
Alice is one of the teams most experienced agents as a realtor of 12 years. Her husband and her own a ranch in Hallettsville raising beef master cattle giving her knowledge of Farm & Ranch, while living full time in Victoria and has been helping clients get into there forever homes for over a decade. She retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety Driver’s License Division, & will be dedicating all of her time to real estate all over the crossroads area. She has spent over 40 years in customer service.
She has 3 children whom are now adults & have grown their families. Alice has 9 grandchildren & 1 great-granddaughter. Beside spending all of her free time with her family she enjoys reading a good book, watching a good movie, and trying new recipes. She is actively involved in fundraising activities in the community. She has been apart of Raymondsville school board and also a board member of Victoria Crime Stoppers. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals®
Through the charitable efforts of our membership, RE/MAX® has donated over $120 million to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®, the nationwide alliance of non-profit hospitals for seriously ill and injured children. As the organization’s sole national real estate sponsor, RE/MAX offices conduct countless fundraising activities including golf tournaments, casino parties, silent auctions, bowl-a-thons, costume parties, and more on behalf of Children’s Miracle Network and the local hospital.
In Texas, RE/MAX agents generated over $650,000.00 for local children’s hospitals in 2012, and the RE/MAX of Texas network was honored as Region of the Year for the charity for the 6th consecutive year.

RE/MAX of Texas has taken a leadership role in the development of a Scholarship Program designed to support our severely wounded and injured members of the Armed Forces returning to The United States. Never before in the history of this nation has a comprehensive scholarship of this kind been offered to the members of our Armed Forces.
The Texas Sentinels Foundation Scholarship was created to benefit qualified members of the U.S. Armed Forces severely injured in the line of duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001. The program helps them readjust to civilian life and prosper in their hometowns or new communities in Texas and realize their families’ dreams. RE/MAX Balloon Program
It’s huge, it’s magnificently beautiful, and most people have never seen one up close. It’s a billboard seven stories tall that you can move from place to place! When not busy elsewhere, it’s floating majestically above the state’s most crowded freeways during drive time, and appears regularly at balloon festivals statewide, July 4th Celebrations, Komen Races, RE/MAX office openings, and community events of all types. Propose our “How Hot Air Rises” program to the science teacher at your local elementary school…they’ll LOVE it! The Pilot does a great demonstration that wows kids and parents alike.
